About
Toasted Marshmallow is a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq ft but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. As you go inside the Tiny Home to the left of the front door there is wrap around seating with a dinning table. The TV is located above the table. The couch and coffee table is to the right of the door. Walking straight into the Tiny Home is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all items to eat in if you so desire. To the right of the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer. There is a hall closet to hang clothing or to store away your luggage. The bathroom has a stand up shower (no tub). The bedroom has a king bed and more storage. In the living room take the stairs up to a loft where there is also a king mattress and TV (the overall head room is 3 feet) it would be an idea spot for young children or your teenagers. At the top of the stairs on the left is a small storage area for the loft area.

We loved staying in the Toasted Marshmallow. It is very cozy and has a great view of the mountains. Darren, the maintenance guy, set up a Christmas tree for us which made it even more cozy! We definitely will be coming back?

Great place to stay- only around 10 minutes from the Parkway at Pigeon Forge. Wears Valley has great views of the mountains. The tiny cabinet was great- very clean. This was just a trip for my husband and I so it was plenty of room. We went in October and there is a fall festival next to this property for that weekend, The Wifi is spotty- does get better which the leaves fall. The cabin uses DirectTv which works fine. Sitting on the pouch was very nice. This location feels very safe. The only bad thing was there is not enough room for end tables beside the bed which was a small problem for us since we use CPAP machines. We booked another time home for next year that has the side tables at the same location.

The toasted marshmallow was very clean and very spacious considering it was a tiny cabin. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed sitting by the fire, grilling, playing on the game table and sitting on the front porch. Highly recommend staying in this cabin. About 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge.

The gentleman in the front office was very helpful with directions and letting us know about local places that was not on the parkway. Family of four (children ages 11 and 15) had enough room. The house was extremely clean and have iron, plunger, extra rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. There was also plenty of towels and wash clothes for everyone. The upstairs doesn't have as much head space as we thought based on the pictures but the kids didn't mind. The game table is an awesome feature to have. The location is central to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. There are only two things that I can say as negatives is the pool is bout 3 miles down the road and we could not connect to the internet.

We stayed in the tiny home for 8 days. It was exactly what we needed in the ideal location. We were within an hour to all visitor centers and ideal for day trips into the park! The kids enjoyed the infinity game table and fire pit most. The rooms were spacious the kitchen and laundry were exactly what we needed and the house fit our budget. If the word tony house scares you, the inside is anything but. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and will be looking to rent more tiny homes in the future for our national park adventures!!

We were in town for a dance competition at the LeConte center for almost a week. Friends had stayed in one of the tiny homes last year and insisted we plan to do the same this year. SO glad that we listened and we booked. Toasted Marshmallow was a fantastic experience. It is so cute and much more spacious than we thought it would be. We had everything we needed during our stay. My favorite part of the day was sitting on the front porch having coffee. The view was beautiful and so peaceful. Our kids and friends enjoyed the interactive game table so much! We will stay here again for sure! Only caveat.... WE have a tall teen and climbing up into the loft for bed was tough for him. That was the only difficulty. The house was very clean too which is very important to us! Loved the overall experience!

I usually go to the mountains once or twice a year and have stayed in a hotel and cabins but this tiny house was by far my best experience. This trip was just me and my daughter but I definitely want to go back with both my daughters and grandson and other family. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely recommend and also be staying again!

We rented this tiny home for my family due to 2 of my children having a dance competition. We love the tiny home feel. But I think we would all rate the interactive table pur favorite feature of the home. It was very nice and welcoming. Hope to come back and enjoy another stay.

We absolutely loved the Toasted Marshmallow. Everything we needed was stocked (just need to purchase TP, Paper towels and trash bags). The decorations were so great and it was very clean. We loved the fireplace and game table. The mountain views were beautiful and it was so peaceful. We love Wears Valley so it was a perfect location.

We like the tiny houses and this is our second stay. Unit was clean and functional. Only 2 negatives are that there is no wifi except for a little at 2 in the morning and I wish they had put a small fold down mini table on each side of the bed. Just needs to big enough for a cell phone or cpap. We wedged a suitcase in the side to use as a table.
