Smoky Mountain Dreamin

•Beautiful home. Gorgeous scenery. Great amenities with the hot tub, pool table, grill and fireplace.
•A bit smaller/cramped than the photos show. There is no counter space to prepare a meal, we used the dining table to prep our meals on. There was propane for the grill which was a bonus!
•Some cleanliness issues here and there (dust, dark spots on faucets) but nothing totally disgusting.
•The road up to the home is directly up the mountain—very curvy, with no room for driver error. We learned to honk as we were going up or down just in case others were doing the same.
•The driveway to the home is at an angle and then a steep incline. It takes some maneuvering to get to the house.
•Others complained of a sulphuric smell from the water. We didn’t experience that. It is “soft” water meaning it feels like you never get all the soap off.
•The hot tub was a perfect relaxing spot with clean water.
•The upstairs bed was more comfortable than the downstairs bed, but that’s minor.
•All in all a great stay that my family enjoyed.

How was great. The only thing that was not good was the smell of the water.

Beautiful veiws.cabin was very convenient for multi family. We enjoyed privacy and also intimate with each other. Love, cove mountain always enjoy and affordable.

Great location, nice cabin a wonderful view. Plenty of linens . We enjoyed our-time here. We did have black ants on kitchen counter which we called and they said they would send and exterminator out which they must have while we were gone for the day cause ants disappeared. Downstairs pull out still had dirty sheets on which I called and informed but I did not even get an apology just an “ok”. Biggest issue was the water. Smelled very strongly of sulfur definitely want to bring plenty of bottled water to drink, coffee or brush teeth with. Hot tub water was a little dirty that could be cleaned. And we would suggest another location for TV. Uncomfortable to watch looking up at it from furniture. But we really did like this cabin and the location.

We have been coming to the Smoky Mountains for years and have always used Cove Mountain Realty and Resorts. Very pleased with this company. They are very accommodating and friendly. We had a issue with our cabin this year with a rotten egg smell in the water and they came as soon as we called to take care of the problem. Smoky Mountain Dreamin is an extremely nice cabin with a great view. Our favorite cabin so far!!! The property was very clean except for dust on bedroom furniture upstairs but that was not a big issue. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Had a great time here. Location was perfect for us, halfway between Townsend and Pigeon Forge. We did biking/hiking at Cades Cove and Townsend area. Very roomy and well kept. Close to main road (321) but completely secluded and quiet. Our only significant issue was a heavy sulphur smell in water. After we contacted property office, they quickly came out to address what was determined to be an issue with filtration. Cold water cleared up pretty quickly...hot water took some time, but was much improved after some time. Property mgmt was very prompt with reply/action on any questions we had.

We had a wonderful vacation at Smoky Mountain Dreamin'! The cabin is perfect for 2 couples! Plenty of privacy and plenty of gorgeous views of the mountains! I cooked breakfast every morning and we ate out each night for dinner. The only downfall to this cabin is it does sit on a sulfur well and the water is pretty stinky so be sure to bring plenty of bottled water for coffee, cooking and brushing teeth! Other than the sulfur water, we had a MARVELOUS time! We love staying with Cove Mountain Cabin Rentals and look forward to returning to the mountains very soon!
