Million Dollar View (Next To Dollywood)

Good, close location to activities and attractions. The property was very clean and well-maintained. No problems at all. Plenty of room and sleeping areas.

the view was awesome; You could see fireworks and dollywoods drone show every night; The cabin had things to do on a rainy day. The cabin always had electricity even thru a severe thunderstorm. Plenty of parking at this location, but the road is not big enough for a truck and trailer

Excellent view. Nightly firework display awesome. Home was pretty clean. Plenty of towels, linens. Close to everything. Maintenance promptly responded to air conditioning problems.

The property was just as it looked. I LOVED the fact that the big room had 2 KING size beds, that made it so easy with little ones! however, they do need to correct the underneath or get new mattresses you fell into the middle which I I think was an easy fix. Did not sleep in other rooms but no one else complained.
easy to get to. nothing too crazy steep or hard. over all clean. Kids enjoyed the games. Never could figure out how to turn on the fireplace. there was no switch or remote.

Tennessee is my home state so I look for opportunities to come back to the beautiful Smokies whenever I can. I rented this cabin and was able to bring my son and his new family and his in-laws from Dallas for a mini vacation during the July 4th holiday. This property was everything I hoped for and so much more! I selected it mainly for the unobstructed views of the mountains and size to accommodate our group of 8, but it will easily sleep 12. The added bonus was being able to see from our balcony the amazing fireworks and drone light show presented by Dollywood each evening at 9:40! We worked our daily schedule so we could be back each night for this added treat!!! Even though we were close to Dollywood, unfortunately we weren’t able to spend time there this trip. I guess that will be on our list for the next trip. The family spent a full day at Ober Mountain in Gatlinburg while I visited old classmates in Pigeon Forge. The Titanic Museum was AMAZING so I highly recommend adding that to any trip. We had dinner one night at the Chesapeake Seafood Restaurant in Gatlinburg which has delicious food and excellent service. We decided to spend the July 4th holiday cooking hotdogs and burgers on the gas grill and resting before our flights back to Dallas the next day. With so much to see in the area it’s impossible to see everything but it also provides plenty to see on our next trip! All in all, this trip was perfect, and the cabin was a WINNER with everyone!!!

Two suggestions I would make to the resort management would be:
1...add a new sign to designate clearer directions to the cabin. I made a wrong turn and ended up having to ask directions and turn around. Turning around on the steep mountain road can be difficult and dangerous!

2...add a small side table on the balcony for a place to balance your morning coffee or beverage while sitting in the rocking chairs.

For the cost I just expected a little more. The good: The cabin is big and spacious. Great size washer/dryer and fast WiFi! Cabin was VERY CLEAN! The view was amazing! We watched the fireworks at Dollywood every night from the porch. All the furniture was really comfy. The bad: it needed a little upkeep/maintenance. The rocking chairs were coming apart, lots of random nails on the porch, and the upper level shower was super super small/tight. By day 3 of our stay all the kids on the lower level ended up sleeping in the living room due to the amount of caterpillars in the lower level bedroom and they were in the beds.

What a beautiful place to stay! The cabin itself was clean and orderly with all the basic amenities. We also enjoyed using the grill, hot tub, and pool table. However, the absolute best part of our stay was the breathtaking view and the peacefulness experienced from the rocking chair on the back porch. This cabin sits right up the mountain overlooking Dollywood. We couldn't see the park, but we were able to enjoy the fireworks show from the back porch every night. Its also conveniently located right next to the best-kept secret in Pigeon Forge: Parrot Mountain and Gardens. My son could not get enough, we spent a day and a half playing with the birds and he still did not want to leave. We will definitely be rebooking this cabin for our fall stay!

Overall a very good experience. The property was not quite as spacious as I thought it would be...but it was as advertised. If you are going to Dollywood this is a fantastic traffic-5 minutes away!

it was good but washer and dryer were not working on the property. contacted the property owner and was just given the run-around about when it will be fixed.

Wonderful property

This was a substitute, but it worked, the one I had rented was bigger so it was a little cramped, but it was nice, could use more insulation, and the auto locking door was a pain, but everything else was great. Verizon cell service was good.

The views were spectacular! The cabin accommodated all of our family and supplied the relaxation we were so needing. Close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood but the only sounds heard were from the wildlife. Used the hot tub and grill everyday. Large refrigerator handled all our goods easily. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
