Dogwood

The cabin is in a perfect location and it's very quaint. The only problem we had was that it's in need of a thorough cleaning. The ceiling fans were very dusty as was the refrigerator and lamp above it and the beams also need to be cleaned, you could see spider webs on them. The kitchen cabinets and the counters can use a good cleaning, they were very greasy to the touch. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

We had an amazing time staying at The Dogwood cabin. It was very clean , the staff was great. Beautiful cabin . Close to everything but just tucked away enough for that woodsy cabin feel! I highly recommend this cabin for a couple!!

We absolutely love staying in the Dogwood cabin. This was our second time staying here for our Anniversary. It’s a beautiful cabin and it’s in close proximity to the National park! The staff is always kind and the cabin is always clean. Highly recommend it!

We had the most amazing time this past week. This cabin was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to get away and relax while visiting the Smoky Mountains! The cabin was extremely clean, perfectly stocked with the essentials, and the hot tub was a great addition to the trip! We hope to be back again sometime soon!

We rented this cabin to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The cabin was absolutely amazing and everything we imagined. Even though there are cabins nearby, we never saw anyone around. We saw turkeys in the yard while we were there. The cabin was easy to locate. We loved sightseeing during the day and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. I would definitely look at renting this cabin again.

It was absolutely the best stay ever@ The bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the porch swing. The Momma bear and her 2 cubs on the 2nd day were a surprise for us but they just played in the yard and left. The best moment was getting a surprise proposal in this beautiful cabin!

It was a beautiful place. What a nice getaway to go to when you have been working so hard for a while. It was my first vacation and it was the best experience ever. Especially since it was hot the air conditioning was perfect. After a long day of exploring the hot tub was so nice to get in, it could’ve been a little bit cleaner but other than that it was so so nice to lay in. It was just enough space for two people! I would definitely go back! Even though there were neighbors you didn’t really see them especially with all of the trees. It felt like you were the only ones there and it was nice and quiet. It was right in the middle where Gatlinburg and pigeon forge wasn’t far from it!

This is a very nice cabin. Has a nice location. If you want a reflaxing stay this place is for you. There are houses around the area though and they do have noisy animals.

Cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was a bit challenging to regulate the temperature. Heat rises so the loft would be too hot and it was too cold down stairs. None the less it is a nice place for a couple wanting to spend some time in the mountains.

Great place for a little getaway for a long weekend. Clean space. More than enough amenities. Will be coming back!

It was a quiet get away that was needed.

Location was just ok...cabin needs some updating and some tlc. Have stayed with Cove Mountain numerous times. All others have been very good but this cabin was just ok.

My wife and I stayed at the Dogwood cabin for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The cabin is small and cozy. The hot tub was fantastic especially on really cool nights. There are surrounding cabins but things were always quiet and mostly private. We had a great time! Our only complaint would be there needs to be locks on the screen door and a deadbolt on the house doors.

The cabin was clean and nice for our needs.We enjoyed the wooded, relaxing atmosphere with convenient location. The front door is touchy to get to shut ace stay locked and a window pain was broken on a front window.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Dogwood cabin. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. The location was ideal, off of Wears Valley Road. It was nestled in the trees and does have nearby neighbors, but the neighboring cabins were not too close together. The property was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. The bed was a little too soft for me, but overall it was comfortable. There were ample pillows for the bed. There was not a lot of counter space if you need more room for getting ready with makeup and styling tools for your hair. There is not a full length mirror so make sure to know what you plan on wearing and how it looks before packing. There is soap, but make sure to pack shampoo and conditioner. If you wanted to cook, there was plenty of room in the little kitchen. The hot tub was wonderful! The communication with the host was great. My only concern was the difficulty of finding the cabin as we drove in at night. There is not a street sign for the little road where this cabin is located. However, once we found it, we knew where to turn each time we left afterwards. Overall, our experience was great and I would recommend this little cabin.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend as an anniversary getaway. It was nice, clean, and cozy. A few miles away from Pigeon Forge, which meant it was quiet and peaceful. As a bonus, we woke up to a beautiful snowfall!

Cabin and location was nice. No privacy for the hot tub. Jacuzzi wasn't large enough to accommodate 2 people. Had a great time.

It was an amazing time, my husband and I went for our one year anniversary of marriage. I think its a perfect place for a couple, the views in the bedroom windows are so beautiful. Everything was so nice and clean, we had a amazing time.

We loved our time in the cabin. Great location to activities in the area, while being outside the more touristy Gatlinburg area. We loved the more relaxed pace, and surroundings.

First time in Tenn. Wear's Cove was a great location. And everyone was very friendly.

We had a great time and everything and and everyone were awesome. We will be back soon. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy little cabin. It was the perfect size for two! It was very clean and well maintained with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is nice. We loved the location because you are away from the crowds but accessible to anything within a short time. This is my 2nd time staying in this cabin and both times that my husband and I have stayed we loved our entire stay on thing is that we were sad we couldn't stay another day longer. We are planning another trip in 2020.The free breakfast was a plus and Mel's Diner was nice as well.

The cabin was perfect for two people. The bed was soft and very comfortable. We used the fireplace every day and enjoyed the hot tub several times. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to stay at the same cabin!

We had a great time in the cabin. Small and comfy, very quaint and clean. The location is excellent because it is close to all the attractions but just far enough so that it is quite and removed from civilization. We definitely will come again.
Only thing that went wrong was that the cabin wasnt cleaned when we showed up but we went out to dinner and they cleaned it very well when we were out.

The Dogwood was a delightful, comfortable cabin. The facility was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the mountains was gorgeous, the only problem was the immediate vicinity in which the cabin was located. Junky properties surrounded the location, and were visible from the front porch, as well as the back deck where the hot tub is. That is the only reason why this was not a five-star stay.

Cabin was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

I love the location of the Dogwood Cabin. You don't have to climb a mountain to get there. It is quaint and secluded. I love the bedroom having a view out of the large window.

This was my husband and my first get away together since our honeymoon, 4 years ago! This beautiful place exceeded our expectations! The Cabin was very clean and cozy! We are already planning to return!

Great quiet and relaxing vacation. The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway.. it had everything you could want just like home away from home...

The cabin was very comfortably furnished and both baths were very nice. The location was perfect- just turn right on Line Springs Rd and you are in the national park. We could sit outside in the mornings and evenings without being hot and it was very peaceful. The best part was the hot tub on the screened-in porch- no stairs to navigate & no bugs!! We have used Cove Mtn for more than 10 years & have always been very pleased with our cabins. Will definitely stay in Dogwood again!
