1400 sq ft 2 bedroom all on 1 floor, NO STEPS! large flat paved parking area. Only 1.3 miles of paved county roads to the Main Parkway.
Pool is chlorine and is open year round, but is not heated. Pool is professionally serviced weekly on Wednesdays (weather permitting). Best swimming time is from May to September .... unless you wanna do a Smoky Mountain Polar Plunge!!

the people at Cove Mtn. Realty were great to work aware the neighbors have several dogs and they bark all night every night. This was the only problem we encountered.

The house was very nice, the pool was a very cool touch. The management was extremely nice and accommodating. The only issue that we had was with the cleaning company. The sheets were turned inside out, the towels had hair on them, some of the tables were sticky and the tub wasn’t clean. Plus a cleaning lady rang the doorbell at 9:20am telling us that checkout was at 10am because she thought “we were still sleeping”. Having said that, It wasn’t terribly dirty, but I would just encourage the management to quality check their cleaning company. The owners of the company were VERY NICE and went over and above to make sure our stay was nice, even offering to decorate the house for Christmas. Bottom line, great place to stay, they just need to have a word with the cleaners
