My husband and I love staying in these tiny homes, even though they are not really "tiny". There is enough space for the 2 of us with a full kitchen and bath, washer/dryer, living room area and space to sit outside.

Our stay was a great experience. The location is perfectly located to get to any tourist location within 20 min time. The home was beautiful, clean and very pretty. The bed was pretty hard and the sheets were like sleeping on foil so next time we’ll bring our own. I did email about the television Wi-Fi not working with the password we were given and never got a reply but I can look past that and we’ll stay again.

Our family loved our stay in this conveniently-located Tiny Home/RV community. This is my 4th stay here, but 1st in the Mallard's Nest. Don't hesitate to book this one. We had plenty of room inside for the 3 of us. We loved the wrap-around deck and the pond next to us. We stayed in June with a perfect week of Spring-like weather. The pond/marsh did not smell. We had no issues with mosquitoes or bugs. The frogs would croak at night, but that did not bother us at all. It made the experience of being in the Smoky Mountains even better! I will say to those who have small children that play with a switch/tablet, teens with cell phones, or to those who work as they travel; this tiny home did not have the strongest wifi signal compared to some of the other tiny homes. However, that is to be expected here in the mountains. The rental agreement states that as well. It worked out for us because we were there to enjoy the mountains anyway. We would love to stay in this tiny home again. We enjoyed our stay as always. Thank you Cove Mountain Realty!

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect! Quiet and peaceful

Nice quiet property right in town yet far enough away from crowds. Lamar was friendly and helpful.

We loved our tiny house. This was our second time staying here. We loved the deck and the privacy at the back of the property. It's only a short 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and you can take back roads to get to Gatlinburg. highly recommended!!!

This is a great little tiny home with everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Smokies. The location near the pond and creek was private and peaceful. The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The TV remote was a little challenging but we figured it out. The only issue was used towels had been placed in the closet by the prior guests and not the shower as requested. Lamar was the ultimate professional in handling my questions.
We plan to stay here again.

Mallards nest was great. Location was perfect. Peaceful, private, and relaxing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well and the bed was not the most comfortable but we will for sure stay again!

We stayed in the Tiny Homes in Aug. We rented 5 for a family vacation and they were perfect. Had everything we needed and the location is perfect

We were somewhat happy with the stay. Wifi is virtually nonexistent. Even though it is listed as an amenity, our phones and computers didn't even pick it up. Had to use my mobile hotspot, which had good service. Satellite internet and probably too far from the main office. The roof leaked slightly above the King bed in the loft. There were some limited amenities and equipment in the kitchen. There was nothing to scrub dishes with. No basic spices, cooking oil, or coffee. There was a grill but no grilling tools, and you had to buy your own wood for the firepit. We had kids, but the loft had no guards for them, and the stairs were too steep for toddlers, so they ended up on the couch. Just as well because the King bed was wet from the roof leak. The washer usually stopped in the rinse cycle and didn't spin out the clothes, so it took a long time for the dryer to do its work. An Infiniti gaming table was added during our stay, and that was very nice. I couldn't find the remote for the Air conditioner in the bedroom so it was hot in the evening and cooled off at night. No built-in heat but there were two electric heaters in the closet that warmed the place just fine. We would stay again, though. We enjoyed the place and none of those issues was a problem except the internet was a bit of a pain. I had to do school online. Altogether it was a very nice place. At night we could hear the peepers in the pond and even got some pictures of them. The deck was lovely for eating outside and the creek was also very pretty. The staff was very helpful. Good place.

It was awesome, new, clean, great location, perfect layout in the tiny house.

Enjoyed our stay. This is a new tiny house with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The only thing we wish we could change is the size of the bed on the main floor. It's a queen bed, but felt smaller. There is a king bed in the loft, but the stairs up to the loft are steep and once in the loft, you will have to move about on your knees. So if you have bad knees or any other physical limitations then you will have to remain on the main floor.

As always the staff at Cove Mountain are professional and friendly.

We love the Wears Valley area and these tiny houses are convenient to Wears Valley Rd and all the surrounding attractions.

We absolutely Loved this tiny house!! It was spacious and roomy and decorated so Nice! Very clean!

Rental was very clean, quiet, Easy to find. Best cabin for location with semi privacy. Office staff very helpful and open late for convenience. Overall awesome fun. I would return in future.
