Nicely decorated and very clean cabin. Wish we could have got a later than 10 a.m. checkout because we didn't want to leave.

We were actually a group of 3 couples, so we had three of these wonderful units. We all super enjoy are stay. When you first walk in your eyes are just filled with the wonderful care that was put into these units!! The only cons were I wish they would put a short section of gutter above the steps, because when it rains the water really comes off the metal roof and replace the missing glass globe on the outside ceiling fan to defuse the light. We actually had Country Living across the road but there was no room to set my CPAP machine up !! Never could get the front TV to show a picture, watch TV in bedroom. Units had plenty of room for our trailers and vehicles (we had motorcycles)and still had room to park the bikes.Plenty of food choices to either direction of property, we bought supplies in Sieraville and cooked a lot of meals.Would stay again for sure.

This tiny house could not have been any better. Frances was great to work with , everything was smooth. My wife and two other couples actually had taken three of these houses in a triangle shape ( Bunk House .Country Living, And Down on The Farm) Every one was impress with the quality of the homes! We used the location as a base as we road our motorcycles every day (175 to 230 miles a day) We had plenty of room for our trailers and tow vehicles plus the bikes. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! Would stay again without a problem, even with the CONS: The app that was to tell us are codes for entry upon arrive that day never came through, good thing the office is open till 9PM. The front TV in our house could never get a picture, every one try. The TV in bedroom worked great, so do not believe it was operater error. The bed was really soft for are liking, but what can you do to please everyone in a rental. All the units need to have a gutter install over the steps as when it rains you get really wet due to the metal roof surface. The water pressure is really low, wash your hands before flushing toilet. The WI-FI is really BAD, plan on using a hot spot ( I understand about the mountains ) Even with these negatives, I,we, would stay again and again. Just mention these things as FYI.not to be negative against Cove Mountain !! There is a Dollar General just to the east (walking distance) and restaurants to either direction. Townsend is 7M to the west and Pigeon Forge is 8M to the east. There is a huge Publix grocery store east at US 321 & US 441with many more places to eat or shows.

My little girl and I stayed here for a few days. It was close to where she was having her birthday party,and made it really convenient. The cabin was perfect for us! All full sized appliances, comfortable beds, clean and very quiet. The best part for my little girl was the loft bedroom. For her, it was like her own private place. My favorite part was having my coffee on the front porch in the morning. Beautiful views, and so relaxing. The service from Cove Mountain was superb. They let us know that they were there if we needed anything. Our t.v. didn't want to work so I called them. They were at our cabin in 5 minutes and had it fixed!!! Best customer service ever. All in all, if your looking for a quaint little cabin (tiny house), this is where you'll find the best

We had wonderful stay at cove mtn. It was oyr first stay in a tiny house & mike & tge staff took great care of us to make sure everyrhing was perfect!!we loved it so much we made reservations for 2021 before we left!!

The accommodations were top notch. The kitchen is well appointed and organized, linens, and bedsheets were abundant and super clean, and the unit itself was spotless. The only disappointing point was the fact that the Wi-Fi was not available. We did inquire and were told new Wi-Fi options were supposed to be coming to the area in the near future. Knowing this ahead of time would’ve helped us be able to plan better. Apart from that, I would definitely come to this location again!

We enjoyed our stay!! We are coming back!!

Perfect distance from the strip. The house was cute and clean except a couple cobwebs. Only thing the homes need is a shade of some sort for evening porch sitting. Scorcher without.

This was the second time to stay in this tiny home. It was a great experience. A few spider webs and towel issues were only problems. Will stay again!

The tiny house was clean, however the heating did not function properly and there was a light bulb out in the living area. the bedroom was extremely tight and a smaller bed should be considered

This little house is a very nice place to stay. It's perfect for two people and was comfortable. We did run out of hot water pretty quick. Loved the location. Felt very safe and was still private. Would stay here again.

I would highly suggest Down on the Farm. Great location and plenty of room!
Cove Mountain is who we've always rented from and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The only negative comment is the cleanliness of the cabin. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. The sheets did not look like they were changed from the last guest in the loft or main bedroom. We went to the office and ask for clean sheets and they were very apologetic and said they would address the issue with the cleaners.
We had a great time and very much enjoyed our cabin!

Cute small cabin, very cozy, with great beds, a nice open field to the left of the cabin, and close to some nice small coffee shops and restaurants. One area we dislike was the description in Vrbo. It depicts the cabin in an open field on a horse farm. However, this was misleading as there are many cabins next to each other and no real horses (but fake animal statues). We did have two days without water due to frozen pipes. We had to buy our own water and take a shower for 2 days. We wish the Managers would at least apologize, but there was no apology. Overall nice place, yet not how it was shown on Vrbo where we booked this cabin.

Rental was great. Price was amazing and would recommend to others. Couple of notes... Bedroom is tight. Need to walk sideways between the bed and wall to get in. We had an amazing time. Will be going back.

We enjoyed our stay at Down on the Farm tiny house. The decor was beautiful and the layout was perfect for a couple. The beds were very comfortable with soft mattresses and nice bedding both in the loft and in the bedroom. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the nice porch furniture and the fire pit in the evening. We stayed in this park last year and it’s an ideal location. Restaurants are nearby as well as a Dollar General for quick pick ups. It is also ideal to travel easily to Townsend, Metcalf Bottoms, Pigeon Forge or the Foothills Parkway. We love the quiet atmosphere of Wears Valley Road as well as the views. This park and these tiny homes are our “go to” place when we visit Tennessee!

Came down from Indiana for the Jeep Invasion. Wanted to stay somewhere close without being in the middle of everything. This place was perfect. Clean, updated, quiet, comfortable, everything you'd want in short trip like we did.

From picking out our tiny house online, to directions, to convenience, to budget and beyond, this was a great experience with Cove Mountian Rentals! This was our first stay in a tiny house and we couldn't have been happier. The app made it easy to navigate checking in and out, offering things to do, reaching the staff; it was carefree. Our house was very clean and kept. Dishes were stocked & even a few pans and coffee maker and toaster. The shower was full size and so were the beds and appliances, so it didn't feel as small. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows and there were extra blankets if needed. There was plenty of space to put things away. The kids absolutely loved the loft. The wifi and satellite TV were nice. This won't be our one and only stay. It's won us over and will be our go to as it's private and cozy, but not a hotel with other guests close or a cabin if you don't need tons of space. It was just like all the photos advertised. Its close enough to town if you need something and far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Will be returning for sure!

Rural peaceful location yet so convenient to all your needs. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to take in the breathless views of the mountains. Nearby church bells play hymns twice a day. Nearby restaurants were awesome. Cabin was so comfortable and clean and plenty of space and storage. Very quiet rv park that is well maintained. Kitchen area awesome but did need a few more items to help with cooking from scratch (measuring cups and spoons, baking dishes). Our frying pans were unusable due to peeling teflon. Can't wait to stay here again and have already recommended to many. Didn't want to come home!

My apologies for taking so long to post our review as I'm a 1st responder in Chicago and happened upon these incredible cabins which I chose over the crowded, noisy hotels in Pigeon Forge. Being close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge & even having a Dollar General in walking distance this exceeded our expectations! Family of four city mice adored our cabin! It was quiet, tiny but still roomy enough & packed with all the necessities you need to practically live here. Even just sitting on the adorable porch w/a rocking chair, taking in the sights of the Smokies "over by Dere"(Chicago speak, btw) was breathtaking! We did not want to leave! The king sized bed accommodated me, the hubs and a teener whilst our oldest teener took the upper deck. Washer/dryer was priceless for our dirty kids. And if course WIFI is included. The staff was so tolerant & patient w/my constantly bugging them thank you, ladies btw. Let's just say we WILL be back for this particular cabin.
Oh, swimming pool rate was included and is a 5 minute drive. Don't walk.

The stay was great! Only complaint is our tiny home was not ready at the check in time but we were not notified. We came in twice using the code provided and the bed was not made. Quilt was on the floor so I’m certain this wasn’t washed. The bed in loft was made so I’m not sure if this one was even washed at all. I called the number and they told me the cleaning person hasn’t made it there yet and not to take our things into the cabin. In my opinion, we shouldn't have been given the door code if the cabin wasn’t available. Other than that, the place was quiet and very peaceful.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our tiny home rental at how nice it was. There’s only a few things that would make the stay better and that would be a rug to wipe your feet on either on the porch or just inside the door, a spatter screen for the frying pan and cleaning the cob webs out of the corners and dusting. There is also a tv upstairs with a satellite box but it does not work and when we called the office to ask them why it doesn’t work we were told that it has been disconnected and none of the tiny houses have satellite upstairs even though the pictures of it on the website show it working so the kids were a little disappointed. A gutter would be nice over the steps to the porch as well. The wall mounted heater/air conditioner units are a little bit finicky and can’t be set to different temperatures between the bedroom and the living room and also completely shut off randomly in the middle of the night which is a little frustrating but overall the stay at Cove Mountain was pretty nice and quite with a great view of the mountains, we will be back again.

I consider myself a hotel snob, so for me to pick up spur of the moment for a weekend away dosent happen often. We visit the Smoky mountains every year and generally stay in a cabin. Let's be honest the cabins are very nice, but expensive for just a coupke nights. This tiny cabin was very nice inside and out. The staff was easy to contact and very polite. I couldn't do this tiny of a space for more rhan a couple days esp with younger kids, but its perfect to just get away for a weekend.

We loved this first time tiny house experience! With kids its great to have a washer/dryer! Kids also loved sleeping in the loft bedroom! And this location is Prime. We were so close to Pigeon Forge and the National Park! Very clean and this tiny house in particular looked out into the "Farm" which was nice Not to have a neighbor on one side! We stayed in winter so make sure you leave the water running in the bathroom sink at night!! We learned that the hard way, but all in all great place!!
